I cannot accept returns of products that cause a skin reaction, since this type of response is most likely caused by individual sensitivity to an ingredient. These balms have been created and tested using stringent safety standards regarding ingredients, especially essential oil use, but personal reactions or sensitivities are something I simply cannot predict. I strongly encourage you to read the label, or try sample sizes of any product, before investing in a full sized product, to ensure you are not sensitive to any of the ingredients.
